Plane (2023)
Watch Plane Full Movie Online
After a heroic job of successfully landing his storm-damaged aircraft in a war zone, a fearless pilot finds himself between the agendas of multiple militias planning to take the plane and its passengers hostage.
First of all, the plot of the movie was very interesting and the storyline was very well written. The characters were very interesting, but none of them were well-developed (except, the captain). The filming location of the movie was nice, just a small tropical island in the middle of nowhere. The plane crash scene was really intense and breathtaking, it was really good. Of course, it was an action-filled movie and most scenes were EPIC. The killcount of the movie wasn’t really bloody, but some death scenes were really brutal. Moreover, the cinematography and the editing of the movie were as good as I had imagined. The ending scene was kinda expected, but I really enjoyed it. Overall, it’s an underrated action movie that I would definitely watch again and recommend it to anyone!
Let me start with the good, then I can go into some queries I have… I love films with Gerard Butler and he did not disappoint in his usual superb acting and action way. Mike Colter was also a great addition to the film. It’s not a film that will keep you guessing, but you can relax and watch a lot of shooting and punch ups with a smile. There were a few tense but unrealistic scenes as well.
What annoys me and I wish that film makers would consider there are a lot of viewers who know the technologies, flight controls, aircraft dynamics and processes. Why not make the same film with some accuracy in these areas, I don’t see why you have to fluff it into a load of nonsense.
1) he withdraws the flaps the moment he leaves the run way, no….. 2) all his avionics are knocked out because of a melted relay due to a lightening strike, really? I would like to know where that has happened in the history of flying 3) that idiot delivering the NOTOC ( notice to captain) telling him he will have to fly through the storm to save fuel, no, captains word is final, no way would that happen.
4) why was the captains first idea in trouble to ditch, he was flying VFR had 300 miles of fuel left, why was dump the fuel and ditching is his first choice, utter nonsense!
5) they did not know where they were, even if avionics were knocked out the crew would know where they are and always have a landing place planned, this is standard practice, they have paper maps and a manual compass.
6) when they took off and flew a few miles and landed at a safe airport whilst under fire and using their front wheel to knock a pick up out the way was nothing short of crazy
I guess what irritates me is you could have done exactly the same story with some accuracy in flight.
As far as mindless action packed films, fine, but could not help but be distracted by the unrealistic fligh.
